The elevator began to lurch to a stop, and Silvia let out a breath she didn’t know she was holding. She began to reach for the door handle to escape from the small confines when another hand beat her to it. Pepa nudged the stubborn door open, and swiped one of her hands through the air, indicating the clear passage. Silvia quickly scuttled past Pepa’s body and started up a quick gait down the hallway, heading towards her lab.

She continued to bounce on the heels of her white sandals, unable to remember the last time she had been so excited. Most of her stuff still sitting inside WAS boxes in the guest bedroom occupying her Parents Were. So, here she WAS, strewn across the couch That her bed as Doubled Also, zapping-through the tv channels in a zombie-like state. She Was That This Was Already imaging how the rest of her summer Would Be, day after day of boredom ... and a crying, stinking baby. With

Silvia laughed at the comment and Pepa smiled in return. She liked making people laugh, and she was glad her sister-in-law thought she was funny.
